Privacy Policy & Service Agreement

1. 01Before any work begins, both parties must agree on the project requirements, pricing, delivery timeline, and scope of work. An email confirmation from the client will serve as proof of agreement.
2. 02Source files and editable project files (PSD, AI, CDR, XD, Figma, or any other software files) are not included and will not be provided unless specifically agreed upon before the project starts.
3. 03Clients will receive the final design in the agreed delivery format (JPG, PNG, PDF, etc.).
4. 04Reasonable revisions are included as agreed during the project. Additional revisions beyond the agreed scope may incur extra charges.
5. 05If the project is not delivered within the agreed timeframe due to our fault, the client is eligible for a full refund.
6. 06A 50% advance payment is required before the work begins, and the remaining 50% must be paid upon delivery of the final project.
7. 07All materials provided by the client, including logos, images, text, and brand assets, remain the property of the client.
8. 08Client information, project details, and shared files will remain confidential and will not be shared with any third party without permission.
9. 09Any cancellation after work has started may be subject to review based on the amount of work already completed.
10. 10By confirming the project via email and proceeding with payment, the client agrees to all the terms and conditions stated above.
